About the Citizens' Toolkit

Welcome to the Citizens' Toolkit for Bloomington website! The Citizens' Toolkit is designed to make voting information and voting itself easier and more acceessible to Bloomington and Monroe County residents. Citizens' Toolkit is a project of the Humanetrix Foundation, Inc. HFI is a Bloomington-based not-for-profit organization established to place technology in the service of the public interest. HFI was established in 2002 by Rick Dietz, along with his brother Ryan Dietz and Larry Mongin. The Board of Directors now consists of Ryan Bruce, Rick Dietz, Ryan Dietz, Barbara McKinney, Catherine Stafford and Peggy Welch. On behalf of myself and the HFI Board of Directors, I welcome you to this website and hope that you find it helpful in the coming elections.
